Patrick Flood is Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Dublin City University. Specialities: Leadership development and top team strategy workshops. He has extensive international experience having worked in over fifteen countries and lived in Ireland, UK, US, Australia, Germany and New Zealand. He has published extensively and is the recipient of both research and teaching awards from two universities. His books for managers include Change Lessons for the CEO, Persuasive Leadership: Lessons from the Arts, Effective Top Management Teams, Managing Strategy Implementation. He works closely with industry and the professions especially in the area of executive education, leadership development and change management. He also co- directs a leadership development programme which is theatre based. Previous academic roles include Head of Department, Assistant Dean and Director of various research centres and collaboratives.
